Wii U Yoga

The Wii Fit U and now the Wii Fit  Plus both contain a great Wii U Yoga section. There are 18 poses available and 15 of them were on the original Wii Fit game.

The Wii Fit Plus contains six new and challenging strength and yoga activities. You can now  personalize your own routine. You can choose to do them in the order they are presented, or combine them in whatever order you want. You have the ability to repeat the ones you like, maximizing attention and effort where it is needed most. You also have the ability to take out unnecessary interludes between exercises, making for a continuous, time saving routine.

You can combine the Yoga and Strength Training exercises with the Wii Fit U, here are the Yoga Activities that are included in the Wii  Fit U. Deep Breathing, Triangle, Gate, Chair, Spine Extension, Warrior, Dance, Half Moon, Downward Facing Dog, Grounded V, Sun Salutation, Bridge, Tree, Cobra, Palm Tree, Shoulder Stand, Standing Knee and Spinal Twist.

But the poses and instruction are greatly enhanced over the original Wii Fit,  you can view the trainer's body with a 360 degree view to ensure that you're matching it precisely.

With the Wii Fit U w/Wii Balance Board accessory and Fit Meter - Wii U  you can create your own personalized workout routine with Yoga, Strength exercises, and other activities or select from recommended routines based on your fitness goals.

You have the option of viewing your own video image next to the trainer's using the GamePad camera (it doesn't automatically detect whether you're precisely matching the trainer, but you can eyeball whether you are easily enough).

The Yoga poses are traditional ones like "half moon", "downward facing dog", etc. 15 of them are the same as in the original Wii Fit Plus, while 3 are new ones

Another Wii U Yoga game available is Your Shape and Fitness Evolved 2013. there are several yoga classes included.
